Joseph M. Radochonski represents clients in the areas of employment litigation, public entity defense, personal injury, and appeals. Prior to joining Daley & Heft, Mr. Radochonski worked at a medical malpractice defense firm where he defended a variety of case including but not limited to elder abuse, fraud, and civil conspiracy.
Mr. Radochonski attended the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law on a full-tuition merit scholarship. He was managing editor of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, published in the Correctional Law Reporter and a research assistant for a variety of professors. Mr. Radochonski externed with Federal Judge Cindy K. Jorgenson and Arizona Appellate Judge Peter Eckerstrom and was also a law clerk for the Federal Public Defender, Capital Habeas Corpus Unit. He further participated in a variety of clinics including the Public Defender Clinic, Civil Rights Restoration Clinic, and the 9th Circuit Appellate Representation Clinic. Prior to law school, Mr. Radochonski graduated summa cum laude from Benedictine University with a BA in philosophy and presented a variety of papers through the Association for Core Texts and Courses.
