Tort Litigation  

Clayton L. Zamudio joined the Daley & Heft, LLP team in September 2018. Mr. Zamudio focuses his law practice primarily on insurance and corporate defense work. Prior to coming onboard with Daley & Heft, LLP, Mr. Zamudio was a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney.  His experience with plaintiff’s work helps him to anticipate plaintiffs’ litigation strategies; a unique perspective which allows Mr. Zamudio to counsel his current clients with a goal-oriented approach to their legal issues.

Mr. Zamudio received his J.D. from San Diego’s Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his B.A. from Southern Illinois University. In law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society where he learned valuable writing and argumentative skills. Mr. Zamudio also spent four years in the United States Marine Corps including a deployment to Helmand province, Afghanistan.
