Jamie Gross is a skilled and experienced litigator and member of the firm’s civil litigation practice group. Ms. Gross’ practice focuses on employment, elder law, and commercial litigation as well as general personal injury litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Gross is highly experienced in all stages of litigation including initial case evaluation, conducting depositions, drafting and orally arguing dispositive motions, meticulously attending to and completing discovery, and performing legal research related to complex issues. She represents a wide range of clients, including religious institutions of all denominations, employment agencies, and private and public entities.
Prior to joining Daley & Heft, Ms. Gross practiced at an international firm in New York City, where she specialized in the defense of general liability and casualty cases, with an emphasis on construction, premises liability and labor law matters, as well as cases involving assault and excessive force. Prior to that, Ms. Gross attended law school in New York City at St. John’s University School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Award of Excellence, Fall 2012, and participated in the Bread and Life Immigration Law Clinic, wherein she provided direct representation in immigration matters as well as additional legal services and advice to residents of the New York City boroughs.
