Maggie is a passionate and creative attorney with practical civil litigation experience on both Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s sides of the law, particularly Class Action suits and personal injury matters.

While studying at the Top-25 ranked Indiana University Maurer School of Law, she excelled in all areas of litigation law, including Civil Litigation, Evidence, Pre-Trial Litigation, Trial Advocacy, and Torts. Maggie is a Champion Debater at the National level and participated successfully in Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.

Maggie worked as a legal intern in the Civil Litigation unit of the San Diego Office of the City Attorney, both during and after graduating law school. While working for the City Attorney, she became familiar with the Defendant’s side of numerous personal injury matters.  This experience has become invaluable when representing institutions and public entities.

Maggie has volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, giving her time to the Family Law Clinic in particular. She is a dedicated servant of San Diego’s communities, especially those who find the law difficult to approach or financially inaccessible.
