Lara A. Prodanovich Besser is part of the firm’s general civil litigation practice. Her practice area focuses on commercial liability, personal injury, insurance defense and employment law. Ms. Prodanovich Besser has extensive experience in complex class actions including wage and hour class action litigation. She has both prosecuted and defended in class action litigation. With her background in prosecuting wage and hour class actions in both state and federal court, under both California and Federal law, Ms. Prodanovich Besser has a distinct advantage in defending against wage and hour lawsuits.

While attending law school at California Western School of Law, Ms. Prodanovich Besser served as an Executive Member of the Moot Court Honors Board. She also represented California Western School of Law as a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition team which won the West Coast Super Regional Championship and advanced to compete on the International level.  Ms. Prodanovich Besser also worked as a research assistant for two years in the field of International Law for Professor John Noyes, and received the CWSL Dean’s Scholarship Award for three years. Finally, Ms. Prodanovich Besser worked as a full-time a judicial extern for a semester to United States District Court Magistrate, William McCurine.
